Inhouse Print Center Allrounder 60-80%

SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our inhouse print center, including customer service, job planning, printing and finishing of documents. In our print center we produce various print products for our consulting and business services teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Customer service for our inhouse print center
  • Managing timelines through needs analysis and flexible job planning
  • Printing of booklets, flyers, posters, labels and other documents
  • Independent operation and control of our modern digital printing machines
  • Cutting, binding and folding of print jobs
  • Detection and elimination of problems on digital printing machines

YOU’RE GOOD AT:

  • Dealing with multiple stakeholders, even when under time pressure
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality with an eye for details
  • Understanding customer demands and proactively propose solutions
  • Working with technical equipment and finding solutions for technical malfunctions

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Vocational training as printing/media technologist, ideally with work experience in digital printing
  • Motivated candidates with other backgrounds and high affinity for media and technology are welcome
  • Fluency in German and conversational English skills
  • Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial
  • Ideally experience with the following printers: Konica Minolta C3070 AccurioPress, KonicaMinolta C658 bizhub, Canon TX3000 Plotter

You will work as part of our talented and versatile visual services team and jointly create innovative print solutions for internal customers. Our work environment distinguishes itself through an open feedback culture, diversity and respect for the individual.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Location: Bleicherweg 62, Zurich (Switzerland)
Start date: As soon as possible
Work quota: 60-80%
Working hours: Shift work required according to opening hours of our print center (7:00-22:00, two times per week evening shift until 22:00)
