Senior Associate – Marketing Technology Specialist 100%
Your Team
We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Marketing Technology Lead who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
At PwC Switzerland, you will play a critical role in building a future-ready, AI-enabled marketing organization, working closely with Strategic Marketing, Corporate Communications and directly with the business as well as specialist teams in Marketing Operations on- and offshore to deliver scalable, high-quality, and impactful marketing.
This role sits at the heart of Marketing Operations, combining technology, data, and AI to enable business growth and operational excellence.
Your Impact
- Define and own the marketing technology strategy and roadmap aligned with FY27 priorities
- Lead the modernisation of the marketing tech ecosystem, including transition to cloud-native, integrated platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform)
- Partner with IT to re-architect and optimise the marketing data foundation and data architecture
- Drive the implementation of an AI-enabled, agent-driven marketing operating model across all activities
- Enable scalable, high-quality marketing execution through automation, standardisation, and AI
- Lead the development and optimisation of CRM, CMS, marketing automation and digital platforms
- Partner with Data & Analytics and Compliance teams in PwC to ensure data quality, governance, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with Strategic Marketing and Campaigns and Channels to enable targeted activation, audience management and performance marketing
- Enable business-led marketing activation through self-service tools and scalable technology solutions
- Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft, AI partners)
- Drive continuous optimisation through innovation, testing, and new capabilities (e.g. AI agents, automation tools)
Your Skill Set
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital platforms, or marketing operations
- Proven experience in implementing and managing martech ecosystems (CRM, CMS, automation, data platforms)
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data-driven marketing, AI and automation in marketing, B2B marketing and campaign activation
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms and integrated tech stacks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on scalability, efficiency and performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive change across teams
- Fluent in English, German is a strong advantage
